A list of shipping bills pending for query reply is enclosed in Annexure-A. The queries raised by the departmental officers to the exporters at the time of online processing of shipping bills need to be replied by the concerned exporters. However, some queries remain unreplied for a long time. 2. All the stakeholders are hereby requested to go through the above mentioned Annexure-A and give/ submit proper reply to the queries so that the shipping bills can bee processed and exporter can avail export benefits. 3. Any difficulty noticed in the implementation of this Public Notice may be brought to the notice of the undersigned.
