No. : S/5-Gen.-48/2013-14 DIN: CCSP Cell Date: -06.06.2022 2022067800000000F3E1 io | eS Public Notice No.27/2022 Take Care Logistics Park (India) Private Limited was appointed as Custodian vide Notification No. 30/2015 dated 14.07.2015 for the CFS at Palaspe, Panvel-Goa Highway, Tal Panvel, Dist-Raigad-410206 (declared as Notification No. 08/2017 dated 08.06.2017 Take Care Logistics Park (India) Private Limited has been appointed as Custodian and Customs Cargo Service Customs Area Vide Notification No. 29/2015 dated 14.07.2015). Further vide Provider for five (05) years in respect of its Notified area of 36,456 SQM. 2. Now, in exercise of the powers conferred on me under Section 45(1) and 141 (2) of the Customs Act, 1962, I, Istikhar Baig, Commissioner of Customs, General, Mumbai Zone- II, Nhava Sheva hereby renew the appointment of Take Care Logistics Park (India) Private Limited to be the ‘Custodian’ of the Imported goods received at the Container Freight Station of Take Care Logistics Park (India) Private Limited until these are cleared for home consumption or are warehoused or are transhipped in accordance with the provisions of Chapter VIII of the Customs Act, 1962 for the entire Customs Area of 36,456 SQM. Similarly, of Take Care Logistics Park (India) Private Limited will also be the ‘Custodian’ of the Export cargo brought into said Container Freight Station for examination and stuffing till their exportation through Jawaharlal Nehru Port.

Further, in exercise of the powers conferred on me under Regulation 10 of the “Handling of Cargo in Customs Areas Regulations, 2009”, I, Istikhar Baig, Commissioner of Customs, General, JNCH hereby renew the approval of of Take Care Logistics Park (India) Private Limited as a “Customs Cargo Services Provider” for the above mentioned Container Freight Station subject to the following conditions;

(i) The Custodian Take Care Logistics Park (India) Private Limited approved as “Customs Cargo Services Provider” for the said CFS shall abide by all the provisions of the Customs Act, 1962 and the rules under the “Handling of Cargo in Customs Areas Regulations, 2009” and other regulations, notifications, orders issued there under. (ii) The duration of appointment of Take Care Logistics Park (India) Private Limited as ‘Custodian’ and as the ‘Customs Cargo Service Provider’ shall remain valid up to 20.09.2028 from 08.06.2022 provided the validity of

f= granted to the CFS is withdrawn Prior to the 25.08.2024 or is not extended / beyond 25.08.2024 the validity shall be valid for a period of five (05) year 3 from08.06.2022. | (iii) The waiver from execution of Bank Guarantee has been given in terms of regulation 5(3) of HCCAR, 2009 as the CFS has been accredited with AEO| LO status with validity till 25.08.2024. If the validity of AEO status granted to the CFS is withdrawn prior to the 25.08.2024 or is not extended beyond 25.08.2024, the crs Shall execute bank guarantee for the (iv) amount, as determined, w.e.f. date of expiry of validity of AEO status.
