SBW Logistics Pvt. Ltd. as a Custodian and Customs Cargo Service Provider(CCSP) - reg. The area admeasuring 41882 SQM of Container Freight Station of M/s. SBW Logistics Pvt. Ltd. located at Gutt No. 55, Village-Khairane, Taluka-Panvel Distt.- Raigad, Maharashtra was declared as Cust Area under section 8 of the Customs Act, 1962 vide Notification No. 07/2012 dated 04.06.2012. Further, the custodianship of M/s. SBW Logistics Pvt. Ltd. had been extended for a period of 2 years under Section 45(1) and 141(2) of the Customs Act, 1962 in continuation with the Notification No. 08/2012 dated 04.06.2012 vide Notification No. 06/2014 dated 19.06.2014 and was further extended for 5 years in continuation with Notification No. 06/2014 dated 19.06.2014 vide Notification No. 07/2016 dated 18.10.2016 issued by Commissioner of Customs (General), JNCH vide F.No. S/5-Gen- 01/2009-10 CFS M. Cel. 2. Now, in exercise of the powers conferred on me under Section 45(1) and 141 (2) of the Customs Act, 1962, I, Istikhar Baig, Commissioner of Customs, General, Mumbai Zone- Il, Nhava Sheva hereby renew the appointment of M/s. SBW Logistics Pvt. Ltd. to be the Custodian of the Imported goods received at the Container Freight Station of M/s. SBW Logistics Pvt. Ltd. admeasuring total area of 41882 SQM until these are cleared for home consumption or are warehoused or are transshipped in accordance with the provisions of Chapter VIll of the Customs Act, 1962. Similarly, M/s. SBW Logistics Pvt. Ltd. will also be the Custodian' of the Export cargo brought into said Container Freight Station for examination and stuffing till their exportation through Jawaharlal Nehru Port. 3. Further, in exercise of the powers conferred on me under Regulation 10 of the "Handling of Cargo in Customs Areas Regulations, 2009", I, Istikhar Baig, Commissioner of Customs(General), JNCH hereby renew the approval of M/s. SBW Logistics Pvt. Ltd. as a "Customs Cargo Services Provider" for the above mentioned Container Freight Station

subject to the following conditions: The Custodian M/s. SBW Logistics Pvt. Ltd. approved as "Customs Cargo Services Provider for the said CFS shall abide by ll the provisions of the Customs Act. Io and the rules under the "Handling of Cargo in Customs Areas Regulations, 2009" and other regulations, notifications, orders issued there under. (i) The duration of appointment of M/s. SBW Logistics Pvt. Ltd. as 'Custodian' and as Customs Cargo Service Provider' shall remain valid for a period of 05 (five) years from 18.06.2021 unless otherwise suspended/revoked/cancelled prior to the expiry or the said period. The Commissioner of Customs (General), JNCH shall have the Right to review the approval as "Customs Cargo Services Provider before the completion of five years for failure to comply with any of the Regulations of the "Handling of Cargo in Customs Areas Regulations, 2009 or as per the directions of the Government of India.
