PUBLIC NOTICE NO. &%/2022 DIN- DOT LN TEN KO 0O0D0ASIA Subject:- Capturing additional details for Certificate of Origin (COO) as per Customs (Administration of Rules of Origin under Trade Agreements) Rules, 2020 in Bill of Entry — Reg.

It is brought to attention of the Trade, Custom Brokers and all concerned that in terms of ICES Advisories No. 34/2020 dated 17.09.2020 and No. 13/2022 dated 28.09.2022, additional details are to be captured in Bills of Entry, for Certificate of Origin (COO) as per Customs (Adininistration of Rules of Origin under Trade Agreements) Rules, 2020, notified vide Notification 81/2020-Customs (N.T.) dated 21 08.2020. 2. As per the instruction from Board, certain additional declarations will be captured for the import declaration (Bills of Entry) with respect to import under Free/Preferential Trade Agreements. Accordingly, the additional declarations will be sought in the Bill of Entry while claiming PTA/FTA Notifications at item level under the BE_ ITEM_SW_INFO_TYPE table. The details of the additional declarations which will be sought are enclosed as Annexure I to this Public Notice. The changes are effective for Bills of entry filed wef 03.10.2022.
