It is brought to the notice of the trade, Customs Brokers and all the concerned to the changes introduced in the EDI Service Centre.

2. M/s. Xeam Ventures Put. Ltd. Has been awarded a contract to operate at the EDI Site Jawaharlal Nehru Customs House with effect from 05.09.2022. While the Vendor for providing Services has remained unchanged, the important changes in the new Service Centre Agreement are as below:

• a. The rates applicable for services to be rendered from the service Centre are enclosed as Annexure ‘A’,

• b, The vendor will issue a tax invoice with a GST Number for the services it has rendered. The receipt for payment must be digitally generated.

• c, Period of the contract is fixed as 2 years with effect from 05.09.2022.

3. The new rates applicable will be displayed by the vendor at prominent places in the Service Centre. |

4. Any difficulties/issues faced in the implementation of this Public Notice may be brought to the notice of the undersigned.
