05.05.2022 is received back un-served after which notice dated 31.07.2022 was also sent for its appearance on 03.08.2022 which appears to have been served. It seems that Appellant is no more interested to pursue its appeal further. Consequently we dismissed the appeal for default and non-prosecution as per provision contained in Rule, 20 of the CESTAT (Procedure) Rules, 1982.
