Speedy Multimode Limited were appointed as Custodian and Co-custodian respectively for the CFS at port Sheva (declared as Customs Area Vide Notification No. 16/89 dated 28.02.1989), vide Notification No. 16 /2005 dated 30.12.2005 for five (05) years. Recently, vide Notification No. 08/2016 dated 28.10.2016, Speedy Multimodes Ltd was declared as the Custodian and Customs Cargo Service Provider for five years. 2. Now, in exercise of the powers conferred under section 45 (1) and 141 (2) of the customs Act, 1962, Commissioner of Customs (G) hereby renew the appointment of Speedy Multimode Limited as the 'Custodian' of the imported goods received at the CFS Speedy Multimodes Ltd until these are cleared for Home Consumption or are warehoused or are transhipped in accordance with the provision of chapter VIII of the Customs Act, 1962. Similarly, Speedy Multimode Limited will also be the 'Custodian' of the Export Cargo brought into said Container Freight Station for examination and stuffing till their exportation through Jawaharlal Nehru Port. 3. Further, in exercise of the power conferred under Regulation 10 of the "Handling of Cargo in Customs Area Regulation 2009", Commissioner of Customs (General) hereby renew the appointment of Speedy Multimode Ltd.

I. The Custodian Speedy Multimode Limited approved as Customs Cargo Service Provider for the said CFS shall abide by all the provision of the Customs Act, 1962 and the Rules of the "Handling of Cargo in Customs Area Regulation 2009", other Regulations, Notifications, Orders issued there under. II. The duration of the appointment Speedy Multimode Ltd as 'Custodian' and as "Customs Cargo Services Provider" shall remain for 3 Months from 29.10.2021 unless otherwise suspended/revoked/ cancelled prior to the expiry of the said period. CCSP must ensure proper compliance of all the deficiencies noticed during inspection & conveyed to the CCSP, before the expiration of this notification and further renewal of the notification will be considered only after proper compliance of all these deficiencies. III.
