Whereas Port Terminal of M/s. Bharat Mumbai Container Terminals located at J.N.Port, Village-Nhava-Sheva, was notified as a Customs Area under Notification 04/2017, and whereas the area of Jawaharlal Nehru Port Trust was notified as Customs Area including underlying port terminals of GTI, NSICT and DP World from time to time and whereas there is requirement of road connecting between the above two areas for movement of Transshipment and ITRHO Containers between the BMCT and other terminals/ railways inside the JNPT area, the same has been developed and newly constructed by Jawaharlal Nehru Port Trust.

2. Therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred on me under Section 8(b) of the Customs Act, 1962, I, Sunil Kumar Mall, Commissioner of Customs (General), Jawaharlal Nehru Custom House, Nhava Sheva, hereby notify the said 88.12 meters of the road built between TP3 Gate of BMCT and the gate of JNPT as per the map attached with this notification and having coordinates as below in Para 3 as a place for movement of Transshipment and ITRHO containers between the BMCT and other terminals/ railways inside the JNPT area subject to the strict observance of the Provisions of the Customs Act, 1962 and other instructions issued in this behalf by the Government of India or Commissioner of Customs (NS-General), Jawaharlal Nehru Customs House, from time to time.

3. The co-ordinates for the points in map of the road notified are as under:
