From the record, it is observed that this appeal has come up for hearing on 14.10.2022, 10.11.2022, 08.12.2022, 05.01.2023, 16.05.2025 and today. It seems that the appellant is not taking any interest in disposal of the appeal. Therefore, as per the inherent power vested in this Tribunal as noted in 2009 (244) ELT 497 (Bom.) CHEMIPOL Vs. UNION OF INDIA, the present appeal has become liable to be dismissed for non-prosecution. Accordingly, the appeal is dismissed.
