Subject:- Jurisdiction of Commissionerates at Nhava Sheva, Mumbai Customs Zone II - changes for giving effect to reorganization of Faceless Assessment Groups (FAGs) in terms of para 3.3 of CBIC Circular No. 14/2021-Customs dated 07.07.2021.

Effective 15.07.2021, the Public Notice No. 91/2018 dated 30.05.2018 (which has been earlier amended by PN 80/2020 dated 08.07.2020, PN 95/2020 dated 31.07.2020 and PN 113/2020 dated 10.09.2020) is, to promote specialization in assessment, further amended for creation of separate FAGs, as follows-

• a) in para 4, against Commissionerate “Nhava Sheva- I”, the Port Assessment Groups and Faceless Assessment Groups shail be read as “1, 1B, 1A, 2, 2A, 2B, 2C, 2D, 2E, 2F, 2G, 2H, 21, 2J, 2K”.

• b) in para 4, against Commissionerate “Nhava Sheva — III”, the Port Assessment Groups and Faceless Assessment Groups shall be read as “3, 3A, 4, 4A”.

• c) in para 4, against Commissionerate “Nhava Sheva- V”, the Port Assessment Groups and Faceless Assessment Groups shall be read as “5, SE, SN, SA, 5C, 5M, 5V, 5F, 58, 5I, 6”.

• This amendment shall be Standing Order for the officers and personnel and is issued with

• approval of Principal Chief Commissioner.
