M/s. GAD Logistics (I) Pvt. Ltd. whose corporate & registered office is located at 301. Guru Prerna Apt., Bala Sawant Lane, Vasai (W), Distt. Palghar - 401201 (PAN: AABCG2816N, CIN: U63090MH1995PTC087586), had entered into an agreement with CFS Punjab Conware, Plot No. 2, Sector 2, Dronagiri Node, Navi Mumbai- 400707 to provide certain facilities viz. supply of man power and equipment to the CFS for handling EXIM cargo and transportation of cargo/ containers from JNPT to the CFS & vice-versa. The CFS Punjab Conware falls under the jurisdiction of Jawaharlal Nehru Custom House, Sheva.

In exercise of the powers conferred on me under Regulation 10 of the “Handling of Cargo in Customs Areas Regulations 2009″, I, Sanjay Mahendru, Commissioner of Customs (General), hereby approve M/s. GAD Logistics (I) Pvt. Ltd. as a ‘Customs Cargo Services Provider’ (CCSP) to provide certain facilities viz. supply of man power and equipment to the CFS for handling EXIM cargo and transportation of cargo/ containers from JNPT to the CFS & vice-versa.

GAD Logistics (I) Pvt. Ltd. for the said operations shall abide by all the provisions of the Customs Act, 1962 and the rules of the “Handling of Cargo in Customs Areas Regulations 2009″, other Regulations, Notifications, Orders issued there under from time to time.

Duration of the appointment of M/s. GAD Logistics (I) Pvt. Ltd. as the ‘Customs Cargo Services Provider’ shall remain valid for two (02) years from the date of issue of this Public Notice.

The Commissioner of Customs (Nhava Sheva General), JNCH shall have the Right to review the approval ‘Customs Cargo Services Provider’ (CCSP) before the completion of two years from the date of issuance of this notification for failure to comply with any of the conditions or responsibilities of the “Handling of Cargo in Customs Areas Regulations 2009″ or the directions issued by the Government of India from time to time.
