PUBLIC NOTICE NO.89/2020

Whereas, the Competent Authority i.e. the Commissioner of Customs, JNCH Customs Area notified the area admeasuring 79080 SQM vide Notifications No. 03/2003 dt. 28.02.2003, No. 01/2004 dt. 17.08.2004, No. 10/2005 dt. 02.08.2005, No. 15/2005 dt. 17.11.2005, No. 19/2006 dt. 25.05.2006 and No. 05/08 dated 20.06.2008 in respect of CFS M/s. All Cargo Logistics Limited located at Village Koproli, Taluka Uran, District Raigad, Maharashtra.
2. Whereas vide Notification No. 07/2003 dated 03.04.2003, the Competent Authority i.e. the Commissioner of Customs, JNCH had appointed M/s. All Cargo Logistics Limited as the custodian of the imported goods received at the Container Freight Station M/s. All Cargo Logistics Limited- Koproli until these are cleared for home consumption or are warehoused or are transshipped in accordance with the provision of Chapter VIII of the Customs Act, 1962 and for the Export Cargo brought into said Container Freight Station, for examination and stuffing till their exportation through Jawaharlal Nehru Port. The Custodianship was extended from time to time and last extension was granted for a period of 05 (five) years from 12.03.2015 vide Notification No. 16/2015 dated 06.04.2015. 3. Therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred on me under Section 8(a) of the Customs Act, 1962, I, Sanjay Mahendru, Commissioner of Customs (General), JNCH, hereby de-notify the Customs Area admeasuring 79080 SQM of the CFS All Cargo Logistics Limited (INNSA1ACL1) located at Village Koproli, Taluka Uran, District Raigad, Maharashtra.
