Subject: Restoration of DPD-DPD procedure as per Facility Notice No. 63/2008 dated 01.09.2008 as amended, from 00:00 Hours of 23.12.2020 (Midnight between 22.12.2020 and 23.12.2020)

Kind attention of Importers, Customs Brokers, Custodians including CFSs, Trade, Jawaharlal Nehru Port Trust UNPT), Terminal Operators at JNPT, Shipping Lines / Shipping Agents, CONCOR and other stakeholders is invited to Public Notice Nos. 48/2020 dated 08.04.2020, 51/2020 dated 09.04.2020 and 52/2020 dated 10.04.2020 wherein a temporary procedure was drawn in the COVID-19 lockdown situation so as to ensure evacuation of DPD-DPD containers to ICD, Mulund and ICD, Tarapur which would act as ‘Extended Port Gate’ for the JN Ports. These Public Notices temporarily revised the procedure under Facility Notice No. 63/2008 dated 01.09.2008. 2. In view of CONCOR Trade Notice F. No. CONCOR/ICD Mulund / Trade Notice / 2020 / 4533 dated 09.11.2020 conveying the closure of ICD, Mulund from 31.12.2020, and the progressive unlockdown, the temporary revision of DPDDPD procedure made on 08/09.04.2020 is withdrawn from 00:00 hours of 23.12.2020 (midnight between 22.12.2020 and 23.12.2020). 3. Accordingly, there will be no movement of DPD-DPD containers from JN Ports to ICD, Mulund or ICD, Tarapur by CONCOR from 00:00 Hours of 23.12.2020 onwards. In respect of DPD-DPD containers moved by CONCOR to ICD, Mulund or ICD, Tarapur or lifted for such movement by CONCOR till the cut-off time of 00:00 Hours on 23.12.2020, the procedures and responsibilities of ICD, Mulu nd or ICD, Tarapur or CONCOR in terms of the withdrawn Public Notices shall continue. 4. Any difficulty in restoration of the Facility Notice No. 63/2008 as amended should be brought to the notice of Shri Dhirendra Mani Tripathi , Additional Commissioner (dm.tripathi@nicin) and Shri Sandeep Bhosale , Deputy Commissioner (irs.drsandipdb88@gov.in).
