When the matter was called, none appeared for the appellant. From the record we find that the appeal has come up for hearing earlier on various dates i.e. on 20.03.2023, 18.04.2023, 08.05.2023, 27.06.2023, 09.08.2023, 31.08.2023 and on 13.10.2023. It appears that appellant is not interested to pursue their appeal. Accordingly, the appeal is dismissed for non- prosecution in terms of Rule 20, of CESTAT Procedure Rules, 1982.
