Further, in exercise of the powers conferred on me under Regulation 10 of the "Handling of Cargo in Customs Areas Regulations 2009", I, San jay Mahendru, Commissioner of Customs(General), JNCH, hereby renew the approval of Mis. Container Corporation of India Ltd. i.e CONCOR as a 'Customs Cargo Services Provider' for the above mentioned Container Freight Station, subject to following conditions: 2. Now, in exercise of the powers conferred on me under Section 45(1) and 141 (2) of the Customs Act 1962 I Sanjay Mahendru, Commissioner of Customs (General), JNCH, Mumbai Zone II, Nhava Sheva hereby appoint Mis. Container Corporation of India Ltd. i.e CONCOR to be the "Custodian" of the Imported goods received at the Container Freight Station at 'Dronagiri Rail Terminal' until these are cleared for home consumption or are warehoused or are transhipped in accordance with the provisions of Chapter VIII of the Customs Act, 1962. Similarly, M/s. Container Corporation of India Ltd. i.e CONCOR will also be the "Custodian" of the Export cargo brought into said Container Freight Station for examination and stuffing till their exportation through Jawaharlal Nehru Port. no.24/2015 dated 09.06.2015.
