Subject: Commencement of operations at Centralized Parking Plaza for Direct Port Entry

for Self-Sealed export containers at Customs Mumbai Zone-II – Regarding.

Attention of all the Exporters, General Trade, Port Terminal Operators, Shipping Lines/Shipping Agents, CFSs coming under the Jurisdiction of Mumbai Customs Zone-II and all other stakeholders is invited to the Board’s Circular Nos. 26/2017-Customs dated 01.07.2016, 36/2017-Customs dated 28.08.2017, 37/2017 dated 27.09.2017, 41/2017-Customs dated 30.10.2017, 44/2017-Customs dated 18.11.2017, 51/2017-Customs dated 21.12.2017 and Public/Facility Notices issued by JNCH regarding the functioning of Parking Plaza.

The work of all the three Parking Plazas viz. JNPCT, NSICT/NSIGT and GTI will be shifted to Centralized Parking Plaza (CPP) from 26.10.2020 to provide a single point Documentation Processing Area for export of all Direct Port Entry self-sealed containers from Nhava Sheva, Mumbai Customs Zone – II. 3. The “Standard Operating Procedures” (SOP) to be followed for clearance of export consignments from newly developed Centralized Parking Plaza (CPP) will continue to be as detailed in Public Notice Nos.76/2016 dated 01.12.2016 and 78/2018 dated 11.05.2018.
