    Sub: Appointment of Nodal Officer in Chief Commissioner’s Office         
            for facilitating Customs clearance at the Zonal level amidst the 
            Covid-119 crisis-Reg. 

Attention of the Importers, Exporters, Customs Brokers, General Trade, Port Terminal Operators, Shipping Lines/Shipping Agent, CFSs and all other stakeholders is invited to the above cited subject 2. While the Covid-19 crisis has affected the movement of people, goods and thereby economy at large, the Customs are involved in maintenance of supply chain of goods during these times and receiving enquiries from trade on how to go about procedural aspect of clearance of goods in this situation.
3. To assist in early addressing concerns of the trade, Shri Dipin Singla, Joint Commissioner of Customs having his office at A-704, Jawaharlal Nehru Custom House, Nhava Sheva is, hereby, appointed as Nodal Officer. This shall act as Standing Order for the Nodal Officer. This is in addition to facility in Estt. Order No. 11/2020 dated 24.03.2020.
