Supplernentary Agenda II for the nreeting o[ Board of Approval to be lrelcl on 22"t June 2007 at .j.0:30 AM Itenl No. 1: Request of for increase in area (r) Request of M/s Serene Properties Private Limited for increasing the area of the ITITES SEZ at Ahrnedabad, Gujarat Formal approval was granted to the IT/ITES SEZ at Airoli, District Tharre, Malrarashh'a by I,I/s serene Properties Private Limited over all area of 14.07 hectares. The developer has now subrnitted a request lor increasing the area of tlre proposecl sEZ, thercby making a total area of 19.40 hectares. The developer has subrnitted tl.rat the land is owned by v.irtue of Registered Lease Deed ar.rd land is in its possession, Request of the developer is subrnitted for consideration of the BoA. (b) Request of M/e Chiplun Infrastructure Private Limited for increasing the area of the F'|WZ SEZ at Raigad, Maharashtra Formal approval was granted to the FTIVZ SEZ at, Raigad Mal.rar.ashtra by I,I/s Chiplun Infrastructure Private Limited (CIPL) over an ar.ea of 40 Hectares. The developer l'ms now submitted a requesf for increasing tlre area of the proposed SEZ by an additional land area admeasuring 56.65 Hectares thereby making a total area of 97.72 hectares. The developer has subrnitted tlat the land is owned by virtue of Lease Agreement for'30 years and land is in the possession of CIPL, Request of the developer is submitted fol consideration of the BoA. (.) Request of I\rI/s Dianrond & Gem Development Corporation Ltd. for extension of Surat SEZ at Gujarat. The request of the Developer for addihon of land to existing area of Surat Special Economic Zone (SURSEZ) was approved and notified on 27-03-2003. However, the formalities of Notification of the conversion of part of approved area ir-rto Processing Area could not be completed till February, 2006. Since SEZ Act 2005 and SEZ Rules 2fi)6 were notifiecl on 10tl' February 2006,, dre Developer was advised to submit the application afresh with recommendatiolr of the state Government. Therefore, the Developer has submitted a request for extensiQn oI SURSEZ by including only the blocks of land, wlrich are already in their possession. Ilre Developer has submitted a plan showing the proposed extension arca of 24-92-03 Hectares ancl the block-wise break-up of the total arca i.ncluded in the proposed extension. Now, the Developer has subrnitted a tequest for 'Atrthorized Operations' irr Pr.ocessing and Non-processing Area. The same is plar:ed fol approval of BOA at Annexure 1. (ii) Request of I\4/s Hyderabad Gerns SEZ Ltd. in the Sector Specific SEZ for fol Gerns & Jewellery at Ranga Reddy District, Andhra Pradesh The above SEZ was notified on ll-04-2007. Now, the Developer lras submitted a request for'Authorized Operatioru' in Processing and Non-processing Area. Tlre sarne is placecl fol apploval of BOA at Annexure 20. (iii) Request of Meditab Specialities Private Ltd, Goa, in respect of Sector Specific SEZ for Pharmaceuticals. The request for authorized operations was considered arrd approved by the BOA. Letter of Approval was granted on 0345-2007 . Now, the Developer has specilied the quantum of the activities to be carried out in the Non-processing Area. The same is placed for apploval of BOA at Annexure 3. (iv) Request of I\4/s Wipto Limited for authorized operations as co-developer in the IryITES Special Economic Zone at Sholinganallur, Chennai, Tamil Nadu, proposed to be developed by ELCOT. Tlre above SEZ was r-rotiJied on 11-04-2007 on an area oI 32.38 hectare. Now, the Developer has submitted a request for'Authorized Operations'. The same is placed for approval of BOA at Annexure 4. (v) Request of ltl/e HCL Technologiea Lirnited for authorized operations aE co- developer in the ITITES Special Economic Zone at Sholinganallut Chennai, Tamilnadu, propoeed to be developed by ELCOT. Tlte above SEZ was notified on'l.l-0+2UJ7 on an alea of 32.38 lrectare. The request of the co-developer; i.e, M/ s HCL Teclurologies Lttl. for authodzed operations in the above mentioned SEZ was approved in the BOA meeting held on 09-05-2007. M/s Andhra Pladesh lndustrial Infrashuchrre Corporation Limited was notified on 13-0G2N7 on an area of 7O1.17 Hecfares. Now the developer has submitted a request for authoiized opemtion. (xiv) Request of IvI/s Infosys Tecl.rnologies Ltd. in the Sector Specific SEZ for ITITES SEZ at Hebbal Induekial area, District Mysore, Karnataka. The above SEZ was notified on 26-04-2007 on an area of 25.45 hectares. Now, the Developer has submitted a request lor 'Authorized Operations' in Processing and Non-processing Area, The same is placed fol approval of BOA at Annexure 14. (xv) Request of I\d/s Infosys Technologies Ltd. in the Sector Specific SEZ for ITITES SEZ at District Pune, Maharashtra. The above SEZ w,as notified on L7-04-2007 otl an area oI 31.49 hectares. Now, the Developer has subrnitted a request for 'Authorized Operations' in Processing and Non-processing Area. The same is Placed for approval of BOA at Annexure 15.
