Sir, I am directed to refer to PESO's letter No. A-22012/1/2025-PESO dated 30.04.2025 forwarding therewith recommendations of Transfer Committee on the subject mentioned above and to say that the Competent Authority has approved transfer of the officers whose names are mentioned in Annexure-I (Joint Chief Controller of Explosives), Annexure-II (Deputy Chief Controller of Explosives), Annexure-11I (Controller of Explosives) and Annexure-lV (Deputy Controller of Explosives) of this letter. 2. Chief Controller of Explosives is directed to issue necessary orders for implementing transfer in respect of the offices whose name are mentioned in Annexures I to IV on immediate basis and confirm compliance to DPIIT. 3.
