PART II—Section 3—Sub-section (ii) प्राजधकार से प्रकाजित PUBLISHED BY AUTHORITY वाजणज् य और उद्योग मंत्रालय (उद्योग संवधधन और आंतररक व् यापार जवभाग) आदेि नई ददल् ली, 11 अगस्ट् त, 2022 का.आ. 3880(अ).—भारतीय मानक ब् यूरो अजधजनयम, 2016 (2016 का 11) की धारा 25 की उप-धारा (3) के साथ परित धारा 16 द्वारा प्रदत् त िजियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, भारतीय मानक ब् यूरो के साथ परामिध करने के पश् चात केन्द्रीय सरकार की यह राय है दक यह लोकजहत में ऐसा करना आवश् यक अथवा समीचीन है, पूरे रबड़ और पूरे पॉलीमेररक सामग्री और इनके घटकों से जनर्मधत फुटवेयर (गुणवत् ता जनयंत्रण) आदेि, 2022 का संिोधन करने के जलए जनम् नजलजखत आदेि करती है, अथाधतः-

1. (1) इस आदेि का संजिप् त नाम पूरे रबड़ और पूरे पॉलीमेररक सामग्री और इनके घटकों से जनर्मधत फुटवेयर (गुणवत् ता जनयंत्रण) संिोधन आदेि, 2022 है । (2) यह रािपत्र में इसके प्रकािन की तारीख से लागू होगा ।
2. पूरे रबड़ और पूरे पॉलीमेररक सामग्री और इनके घटकों से जनर्मधत फुटवेयर (गुणवत् ता जनयंत्रण) आदेि, 2022 में, पैरा 2 में, परंतुक के पश्चात, जनम्नजलजखत परंतुक को अंतः स्ट्थाजपत दकया िाएगा , अथाधत:- सं. 3706] नई ददल्ली, बृहस्ट् पजतवार, अगस्ट् त 18, 2022/श्रावण 27, 1944

MINISTRY OF COMMERCE AND INDUSTRY (Department for Promotion of Industry and Internal Trade) ORDER New Delhi, the 11th August, 2022

S.O. 3880(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by section 16 read with sub-section (3) of section 25 of the Bureau of Indian Standards Act, 2016 (11 of 2016), the Central Government, after consulting the Bureau of Indian Standards, is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to do in the public interest, hereby makes the following Order to amend the Footwear Made from all Rubber and all Polymeric Material and its Components (Quality Control) Order, 2022, namely: -

1. (1) This Order may be called the Footwear Made from all Rubber and all Polymeric Material and its Components (Quality Control) Amendment Order, 2022.

(2) It shall come into force from the date of its publication in the official Gazette. 2.

(2) It shall come into force from the date of its publication in the official Gazette. 2. In the Footwear Made from all Rubber and all Polymeric Material and its Components (Quality Control) Order, 2022, in Paragraph 2, after the proviso, the following proviso shall be inserted, namely:-

“Provided further that nothing in this Order shall apply to micro and small manufacturing units as defined in section 7 of the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises Development Act, 2006 (27 of 2006), as amended from time to time.”
