वाजणज् य रर उ्योगग मं्ालय (उ्योगग संवधधन रर आंतररक व् यापार जवभाग) आदेि नई ददल् ली, 10 फरवरी, 2022 का.आ. 620(अ).—भारतीय मानक ब् यूरयोग अजधजनयम, 2016 (2016 का 11) की धारा 25 की उप धारा (3) के साथ परित धारा 16 की उप-धाराओं (1) रर (2) द्वारा प्रदत् त िजतियय का प्रययोगग करते ुए, केंद्र सरकार का भारतीय मानक ब् यूरयोग के साथ परामिध करने के बाद यम म त म दक यम िनजमत में आव्‍ यक म , अत: एतद्द्वारा सेफ्टी ग्लास (गुणवत्ता जनयं्ण) आदेि, 2020 में संियोगधन करने के जलए जनम्नजलजखत आदेि करती म , नामत:—

1. संजिप् त िी्धक रर प्रारंभ.—(1) इस आदेि कयोग सेफ्टी ग्लास (गुणवत्ता जनयं्ण) संियोगधन आदेि, 2022 कमा िाएगा। (2) यम आदेि आजधकाररक रािप् में प्रकािन की ददनांक से लागू मयोगगा।

सेफ्टी ग्लास (गुणवत्ता जनयं्ण) आदेि, 2020 में प राग्राफ 1, के उप–प राग्राफ (2), कयोग जनम्नजलजखत उप-प राग्राफ से प्रजतस्ट्थाजपत दकया िाएगा, नामत:— “(2) यम 01 अप्र ल, 2023 से प्रभावी मयोगगा।”। [फा. सं. 14031/99/2020-सीआई] अजनल अग्रवाल, अपर सजिव

THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(ii)] नयोगट : प्रमुख आदेि का.आ. 1045(अ) ददनांक 12 मािध, 2020 के द्वारा भारत का रािप्, असधारण, भाग II धारा 3, उप-धारा (ii) में प्रकाजित ुआ था रर का.आ. 902(अ) ददनांक 25 फरवरी, 2021 के द्वारा इस आदेि कयोग अंजतम बार संियोगजधत दकया गया था।

MINISTRY OF COMMERCE AND INDUSTRY (Department for Promotion of Industry and Internal Trade) ORDER New Delhi, the 10th February, 2022 S.O. 620(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-sections (1) and (2) of section 16 read with sub-section (3) of section 25 of the Bureau of Indian Standards Act, 2016 (11 of 2016), the Central Government, after consulting the Bureau of Indian Standards, is of the opinion that it is necessary so to do in the public interest, hereby makes the following Order further to amend the Safety Glass (Quality Control) Order, 2020, namely:— 1.
Short title and commencement.—(1) This Order may be called the Safety Glass (Quality Control) Amendment Order, 2022. (2) It shall come into force on the date of its publication in the Official Gazette. 2.
In the Safety Glass (Quality Control) Order, 2020 in paragraph 1, for sub-paragraph (2), the following sub-paragraph shall be substituted, namely:— “(2) It shall come into force with effect from 1st April, 2023.”. [F. No. 14031/99/2020-CI] ANIL AGRAWAL, Addl. Secy.
