वाजणज् य रर उ्योगग मं्ालय (उ्योगग संवधधन रर आंतररक व् यापार जवभाग) आदेि नई ददल् ली, 7 अक् तूबर, 2021 का.आ. 4144(अ).—भारतीय मानक ब् यूरयोग अजधजनयम, 2016 (2016 का 11) की धारा 25 की उपधारा (3) के साथ परित धारा 16 की उप-धारा (1) रर (2) द्वारा प्रदत् त िजतियय का प्रययोगग करते ुए, रर ददनांक 17 फरवरी, 2020 कयोग भारत के राजप्, असाधारण, भाग-II, खंड-3, उप-खण् ड (ii) में प्रकाजित ददनांक 14 फरवरी, 2020 के सां.आ. 738 (अ) के द्वारा फ्लैट रांसपेरेंट िीट ग्लास (गुणवत् ता जनयं्ण) आदेि, 2020 के अजधक्रमण में, जसवाय उन बात के जयोग ऐसे अजधक्रमण से पूवध की गई या करने का लयोगप दकया गया है, केंद्र सरकार का भारतीय मानक ब् यूरयोग (ब्यूरयोग) के साथ परामिध करने के बाद यह म त है दक यह जनजहत में आवश् यक अथवा जहतकर है, अत: एतद्द्वारा जनम् नजलजखत आदेि जारी करती है, नामत: -

1. संजिप् त िी्धक रर प्रारंभ - (1) इस आदेि कयोग फ्लैट रांसपेरेंट िीट ग्लास (गुणवत् ता जनयं्ण) आदेि, 2021 कहा जाएगा। (2) इस आदेि में अन्यथा दकए गए प्रावधान कयोग सुरजित रखते ुए, यह आदेि िासकीय राजप् में प्रकािन की तारीख से प्रभावी हयोगगा।
2. अनुप्रययोगग – 01 अप्रैल, 2022 से, यह आदेि नीचे दी गई ताजलका के कॉलम (1) में जवजनर्ददष् ट वस्ट् तुओं य या सामान पर लागू हयोगगा, लेदकन इसमें से कुछ भी जनयाधत की जाने वाली वस्ट् तुओं य या सामान पर लागू नहीं हयोगगा। सं. 3809] नई ददल्ली, बृहस्ट् पजतवार, अक् तूबर 7, 2021/आजश् वन 15, 1943

THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(ii)] 3. मानक की अनुरुपता रर मानक जचह्न का अजनवायध प्रययोगग- उतिय ताजलका के कॉलम (1) में जवजनर्ददष् ट वस्ट् तुएं या सामान उसके कॉलम (2) में उजल्लजखत तद्नुरूपी भारतीय मानक के अनुरूप ह गे तथा उनमें भारतीय मानक ब् यूरयोग (अनुपालन मूल् यांकन) जवजनयम, 2018 की अनुसूची-II की स्ट् कीम-I के अनुसार ब् यूरयोग के लाइसेंस के तहत मानक जचह्न लगा हयोगगा।
4. प्रमाणन रर प्रवतधन प्राजधकरण – उतिय ताजलका के कॉलम (1) में जवजनर्ददष् ट वस्ट् तुओं य या सामान के संबंध में ब्यूरयोग प्रमाणन रर प्रवतधन प्राजधकरण हयोगगा। ताजलका वस्ट् तु या सामान भारतीय मानक भारतीय मानक का िी्धक
(1) (2) (3) फ्लैट रांसपेरेंट िीट ग्लास आईएस 2835 : 1987 फ्लैट रांसपेरेंट िीट ग्लास-जवजिष्टता नयोगट : ताजलका के प्रययोगजन के जलए, उनके संियोगधन सजहत भारतीय मानक के नवीनतम संस्ट् करण, जैसा दक भारतीय मानक ब् यूरयोग द्वारा समय-समय पर अजधसूजचत दकए गए हैं, ब्यूरयोग द्वारा अजधसूजचत तारीख से लागू ह गे।

MINISTRY OF COMMERCE AND INDUSTRY (Department for Promotion of Industry and Internal Trade) ORDER New Delhi, the 7th October, 2021 S.O. 4144(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-sections (1) and (2) of section 16 read with sub-section (3) of section 25 of the Bureau of Indian Standards Act, 2016 (11 of 2016) and in supersession of the Flat Transparent Sheet Glass (Quality Control) Order,2020, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii), vide number S.O.738(E), dated the 14th February, 2020 on the 17th February, 2020, except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such supersession, the Central Government, after consulting the Bureau of Indian Standards (Bureau) is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to do in the public interest, hereby makes the following order, namely:- 1.Short title and commencement. – (1) This Order may be called the Flat Transparent Sheet Glass (Quality Control) Order, 2021. (2) Save as otherwise provided in this order, it shall come into force from the date of its publication in the official Gazette. 2. Application.- With effect from the 1st April, 2022, this order shall apply to goods or articles specified in column (1) of the Table below, but nothing herein shall apply to said goods or articles meant for export. 3. Conformity to Standard and Compulsory use of Standard Mark.

Conformity to Standard and Compulsory use of Standard Mark. –The goods or articles specified in column (1) of the said Table shall conform to the corresponding Indian Standard mentioned in column (2) thereof and shall bear the Standard Mark under a licence from the Bureau as per Scheme I of Schedule- II of the Bureau of Indian Standards (Conformity Assessment) Regulations, 2018. 4. Certification and Enforcement Authority. –The Bureau shall be the certifying and enforcement authority for the goods or articles specified in the column (1) of the said Table.
