OFFICE ORDER Udyog Bhawan, New Delhi Date: 9th August, 2021 This is in continuation of Office Order No. F.No./11/1/2016 dated December 22, 2016 (copy attached), wherein it was inter-alia conveyed that Government has accorded approval for expanding the mandate and scope of Delhi Mumbai Industrial Corridor Project Implementation Trust (DMIC-PITF) and re-designed it as National Industrial Corridor Development and Implementation Trust (NICDIT) for integrated development of Industrial Corridors in the country. 2. Further, within the overall framework of National Master Plan for multi modal connectivity, Government on 30th December, 2020, has accorded approval to implement 11 Industrial Corridor Projects consisting of 32 projects to be develop~d in 4 phases under the Industrial Corridor Programme. 3. In view of the considerable expertise gained by National Industrial Corridor Development Corp. ltd. (NICDCL) (erstwhile Delhi Mumbai Industrial Corridor Development Corp. (DMICDC)], it is stated that NICDC Ltd would be the knowledge partner to NICDIT in respect of all the Industrial Corridors in addition to Delhi Mumbai Industrial Corridor (DMIC) Project. 4. All other details of the order No. F. No./11 /1 /2016 dated December 22, 2016 will remain same. 5. Encl: As above.
