xxxGIDHxxx xxxGIDExxx असाधारण EXTRAORDINARY भाग II—खण्ड 3—उप-खण्ड (ii) PART II—Section 3—Sub-section (ii) प्राजधकार से प्रकाजित PUBLISHED BY AUTHORITY वाजणज् य रर उ्योगग मं्ालय (उ्योगग संवधध नरर आंतररक व्यापार जवभाग) आदे ि नई ददल् ली, 17 मई, 2021 का.आ. 1928(अ).—भारतीय मानक ब् यूरयोग अजधजनयम, 2016 (2016 का 11) की धारा 25 की उप-धारा (3) के साथ परित धारा 16 की उप-धारा (1) रर (2) द्वारा प्रदत्त िजतियय का प्रययोगग करते ुए, रर ददनांक 31 ददसंबर, 2019 के भारत के रािप्, असाधारण, भाग-II, खंड-3, उप-खण् ड (ii) में प्रकाजित का.आ. सं 03 (अ) के द्वारा रांस्ट्पेरेन्ट फ्लयोगट ग्लास (गवणवत्ता जनयं्ण) आदेि, 2019 के अजधक्रमण में, जसवाय उन बात के ियोग ऐसे अजधक्रमण से पूवध की गई या करने का लयोगप दकया गया है, कें द्र सरकार का भारतीय मानक ब् यूरयोग के साथ परामिध करने के बाद यह म त है दक यह िनजहत में आवश् यक अथवा जहतकर है, अत: एतद्द्वारा जनम् नजलजखत आदेि करती है, नामत: - 1. संजिप् त िी्धक रर प्रारंभ - (1) इस आदेि कयोग रांस्ट्पेरेन्ट फ्लयोगट ग्लास (गवणवत् ता जनयं्ण) आदेि, 2021 कहा िाएगा। (2) यह आदेि 01 अप्रैल, 2022 से प्रभावी हयोगगा। 2. मानक जिह्न का अजनवायध प्रययोगग- ताजलका के कॉलम (1) में जवजनर्ददष् ट वस्ट्तवएं या सामान उ‍ त ताजलका के कॉलम (2) में उजल्लजखत तद्नवरूपी भारतीय मानक के अनवरूप ह गे तथा उनमें भारतीय मानक ब् यूरयोग (अनवपालन मूल्यांकन) जवजनयम, 2018 की अनवसूिी-II की स्ट् कीम-I के अनवसार ब् यूरयोग के लाइसेंस के तहत मानक जिह्न लगा हयोगगा। बिते दक इस आदे ि में से कव छ भी जनयाधत की िाने वाली वस्ट्तवओं य या सामान पर लागू नहह हयोगगा: 3. प्रमाणन रर प्रवतधन प्राजधकरण – यह ब् यूरयोग ताजलका के कॉलम (1) में जवजनर्ददष्ट वस्ट्तवओं य या सामान के संबंध में प्रमाणन रर प्रवतधन प्राजधकरण हयोगगा। सं. 1801] नई ददल्ली, मंगलवार, मई 18, 2021/वैिाख 28, 1943 No. 1801] NEW DELHI, TUESDAY, MAY 18, 2021/VAISAKHA 28, 1943 सी.जी.-डी.एल.-अ.-18052021-227034 CG-DL-E-18052021-227034 324864/2021/LEI 537

THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(ii)] ताजलका वस्ट्तव या सामान भारतीय मानक भारतीय मानक का िी्धक (1) (2) (3) रांस्ट्पेरेन्ट फ्लयोगट ग्लास आईएस 14900: 2018 रांस्ट्पेरेन्ट फ्लयोगट ग्लास- जविे्ताएं नयोगट : इस ताजलका के प्रययोगिन के जलए, उनके संबंध में िारी संियोगधन सजहत भारतीय मानक के नवीनतम संस्ट् करण, िैसा दक ब् यूरयोग द्वारा समय-समय पर अजधसूजित दकए गए हैं, ऐसी अजधसूिना की तारीख से लागू ह गे। [फा. सं. पी-14031/91/2018-सीआई] अजनल अग्रवाल, अपर सजिव MINISTRY OF COMMERCE AND INDUSTRY (Department for Promotion of Industry and Internal Trade) ORDER New Delhi, the 17th May, 2021 S.O. 1928(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-sections (1) and (2) of section 16 read with sub-section (3) of section 25 of the Bureau of Indian Standards Act, 2016 (11 of 2016) and in supersession of the Transparent Float Glass( Quality Control) Order,2019, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii), vide number S.O.03(E), dated the 31st December,2019, except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such supersession, the Central Government, after consulting the Bureau of Indian Standards, is of the opinion that it is necessary so to do in the public interest, hereby makes the following Order, namely:-

1. Short title and commencement.– (1) This Order may be called the Transparent Float Glass (Quality Control) Order, 2021. (2) It shall come into force with effect from 1st April, 2022.

2. Compulsory use of Standard Mark.– The goods or articles specified in column (1) of the Table shall conform to the corresponding Indian Standard mentioned in column (2) of the said Table and shall bear the Standard Mark under a licence from the Bureau as per Scheme I of Schedule-II of the Bureau of Indian Standard (Conformity Assessment) Regulations, 2018: Provided that nothing in this Order shall apply to goods or articles meant for export.

3. Certification and enforcement authority.–The Bureau shall be the certifying and enforcement authority for the goods or articles specified in the column (1) of the Table. TABLE Goods or articles Indian Standard Title of Indian Standard (1) (2) (3) Transparent Float Glass IS 14900: 2018 Transparent Float Glass–Specification Note : For the purpose of this Table, the latest version of Indian Standard including the amendment thereof notified by the Bureau from time to time, shall apply from date of such notification.
