1. संजिप्त िी्ध करर प्रारंभ– (1) आस अदेि कयोग सेफ्टी ग्लास (गुणवत्ता जनयं्ण) दू सरासंियोगधन अदेि, 2020 कहा 
   

िाएगा। (2) यह आसके िासकीय रािप् में प्रकािन की तारीख से प्रभावी हयोगगा। 2. सेफ्टी ग्लास (गु णवत्ता जनयं्ण) अदेि, 2020 में, पैरा 2 में, ितध के बाद, जनम्नजलजखत ितध कयोग सजम्मजलत दकया िाएगा, नामतः- सं. 2842] नइ ददल्ली िुक्रवार, जसतम्बर 18, 2020/भाद्र 27, 1942 No. 2842] NEW DELHI, FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 18, 2020/BHADRA 27, 1942 सी.जी.-डी.एल.-अ.-19092020-221839 CG-DL-E-19092020-221839 248806/2020/Consumer Industry 46

THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(ii)] “बिते दक कें द्रीय मयोगटर वाहन जनयम, 1989 के जनयम 126 के प्रावधानों के तहत वाहन जनमाधता द्वारा भारत में अयात दकए गए वाहन में ईपययोगग दकए िाने वाले सुरिा ग्लास पर आस अदेि से कुछ भी लागू नहीं हयोगगा।” [फा.सं .11(1)/2018-सीअइ] ऄजनल ऄग्रवाल, संयुक्त सजवव नयोगट : प्रमुख अदेि का.अ. 1045(ऄ), ददनांक 12 मावध 2020 के िररए भारत के रािप्, ऄसाधारण, भाग II, खंड 3, ईप-खंड (ii) के तहत प्रकाजित हुअ था रर ऄंजतम संियोगजधत ऄजधसूवना संख्या का.अ. 2018(ऄ), ददनांक 23 िून 2020 कयोग हुअ। MINISTRY OF COMMERCE AND INDUSTRY (Department of Promotion of Industry and Internal Trade) ORDER New Delhi, the 18th September, 2020 S.O. 3190(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-sections (1) and (2) of section 16 read with
sub-section (3) of section 25 of the Bureau of Indian Standards Act, 2016 (11 of 2016), the Central Government, after consulting the Bureau of Indian Standards, is of the opinion that it is necessary so to do in the public interest, hereby makes the following Order further to amend the Safety glass (Quality Control) Order, 2020, namely:-

1. Short title and commencement.– (1) This Order may be called the Safety Glass (Quality Control) Second Amendment Order, 2020. (2) It shall come into force on the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.
2. In the Safety Glass (Quality Control) Order, 2020, in Paragraph 2, after the proviso, the following proviso shall be inserted, namely:- ―Provided further that nothing in this Order shall apply to safety glass used in the vehicle imported in India by vehicle manufacturer under the provisions of rule 126 of Central Motor Vehicle rules, 1989‖.
