वाजणज् य रर ई्योगग मं्ालय (ई्योगग संवधधन रर अंतररक व् यापार जवभाग) ऄजधसूचना नइ ददल् ली, 31 ऄगस्ट् त, 2021 सा.का.जन. 610(ऄ).—कैजल्ियम काबाधआड जनयम, 1987 में संियोगधन करने के जलए प्रारूप जनयम, पेरयोगजलयम ऄजधजनयम, 1934 (1934 का 30) की धारा 29 की ईपधारा (2) की ऄपेक्षानुसार, भारत के राजप्, ऄसाधारण, भाग II, खण् ड-3, ईप-खण् ड (i) ऄजधसूचना संख् या सा.का.जन. 259(ऄ) तारीख 26 माचध, 2021 में प्रकाजित दकया गया था जजसमें ईन सभी व् यजयय से जजनके ईससे प्रभाजवत ोयोगने की संभावना थी, ईस तारीख से जजसकयोग ईक् त ऄजधसूचना जनता कयोग ईपलब् ध करा दी गइ थी के तीस ददन की ऄवजध के समाप् त ोयोगने से पोले अक्षेप या सुझाव मांगे गए थे; रर ईक् त ऄजधसूचना, तारीख 26 माचध, 2021 कयोग जनता कयोग ईपलब् ध करा दी गइ थी; रर ईक् त प्रारूप जनयम पर जनता से प्राप् त अक्षेप रर सुझाव पर कें्ीय सरकार ्ारा स्‍ यक जवचार दकया गया; ऄतः ऄब, केन्‍द ्ीय सरकार पेरयोगजलयम ऄजधजनयम, 1934 (1934 का 30) की धारा 4 ्ारा प्रदत् त िजयय का प्रययोगग करते हुए, कैजल्ियम काबाधआड जनयम, 1987 में संियोगधन करने के जलए जन्‍ नजलजखत जनयम बनाती ों, ऄथाधत ः-

“46(1) आन जनयम के ऄधीन मुख्य जनयं्क या जनयं्क कयोग संदेय सभी फीस का संदाय इ-संदाय के माध्यम से या गैर-कर रसीद पयोगर्धल (भारत कयोगर्) के माध्यम से दकया जाएगा। (2) आन जनयम के ऄधीन जजला प्राजधकारी या दकसी ऄन्‍दय प्राजधकारी कयोग संदेय फीस ऐसी रीजत में संदेय की जाएगी जयोग ईस प्राजधकारी ्ारा यथाजवजनर्ददष्ट ोयोग”; 12. ईय जनयम में, ऄध्याय 7 के, जनयम 49 में, ईप-जनयम (1) में, खण् ड (क) में, "तुरंत तार ्ारा (तार का पता एक्सप्लयोगजसव्स, नागपुर)" िब् द के स्ट् थान पर “इमेल: explosives@explosives.gov.in ्ारा” िब् द रखें जाएंगे। 13. ईय जनयम में, पोली ऄनुसूची में, ऄनुच्छेद संख्या 1 में, िीर्ध "फीस" के ऄधीन "रु. 25" िब् द रर ऄंकयोग के स्ट् थान पर "रु. 250" िब् द रर ऄंक रखे जाएंगे। 14. ईय जनयम की, पोली ऄनुसूची में, ऄनुच्छेद संख्या 2 के, स्ट् तंभ 5 में, िीर्ध "फीस" के ऄधीन "प्रथम 500 दक.ग्रा. के जलए 25 रु. रर प्रत् येक ऄजतररक् त 500 दक.ग्रा. या ईसके भाग के जलए 10 रु. दकन्‍द तु यो प्रत् येक कलेंडर वर्ध या ईसके भाग के जलए 1500 रु. ऄजधक तम के ऄधीन रोते हुए ोयोगगा" िब् द रर ऄंक कयोग "प्रथम 500 दक.ग्रा. के जलए रु. 250 रर प्रत् येक ऄजतररक् त 500 दक.ग्रा. या ईसके भाग के जलए रु. 100 दकन्‍द तु यो प्रत् येक कलेंडर वर्ध या ईसके भाग के जलए रु. 15,000 ऄजधक तम के ऄधीन रोते हुए ोयोगगा" िब् द रर ऄंक रखे जाएंगे। 15.

published as required by Sub-Section 2 of Section 29 of the Petroleum Act 1934 (30 of 1934), vide Notification number, G.S.R. 259(E), dated the 26th March, 2021 in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary,
Part-II, Section 3, Sub-section (i), inviting objections and suggestions from all persons likely to be affected thereby before the expiry of thirty days from the date on which the notification was made available to the public; And whereas, the said notification was made available to the public on the 26th March, 2021; And whereas, objection and suggestions received from the public on the said draft rules have been duly considered by the Central Government; Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by Section 4 of the Petroleum Act, 1934 (30 of 1934), the Central Government thereby makes the following rules to amend the Calcium Carbide rules, 1987, namely: - 1. (1) These rules may be called the Calcium Carbide (Amendment) Rules, 2021 (2) These shall come into force on the date of their final publication in the Official Gazette. 2.

87, namely: - 1. (1) These rules may be called the Calcium Carbide (Amendment) Rules, 2021 (2) These shall come into force on the date of their final publication in the Official Gazette. 2. In the Calcium Carbide Rules, 1987 (herein after referred to as the said rules), in rule 31, in
sub-rule (1), for the words, “maximum of three years” the words, “maximum of ten years” shall be substituted. 3. In the said rules, in Rule 34, in sub-rule (1)(b), for the words and figure “a scrutiny fee of Rs. 10” the words and figures “a scrutiny fee of Rs. 100” shall be substituted. 4. In the said rules, in Rule 35, in sub-rule (2) in clause (b), for the words and figure “a fee of Rs. 10”, the words and figures, “a fee of Rs. 100” shall be substituted. 5. In the said rules, in Rule 36, in sub-rule (2), for the words and figure “Rs. 10” the words and figures, “Rs. 100” shall be substituted. 6. In the said rules, in Rule 37, in sub- rule (2), for the words “for three calendar years” the words “for ten calendar years” shall be substituted. 7. In the said rules, in Rule 42, in sub-rule (2) in clause (iii), for the words and figures “a fee of
Rs. 10” the words and figures, “a fee of Rs. 100” shall be substituted. 8. In the said rules, in Rule 43, in sub-rule (2), for the words and figures “A fee of Rs. 10” the words and figures, “A fee of Rs. 100” shall be substituted. 9. In the said rules, in Chapter VII, in the rule 49, in sub-rule (1) in clause (a), for the words “by an express telegram (Telegraphic Address: Explosives, Nagpur) the words “by an email: explosives@explosives.gov.in” shall be substituted. 13. In the said rules, in the First Schedule, in Article No 1, in column 5 under the heading “Fees” for the words and figures “Rs. 25” the words and figures “Rs. 250” shall be substituted; 14. namely:- “Account of Receipt and Sale of Calcium Carbide License No Note: This record should be kept up to date. Entries should be made daily and as and when Calcium Carbide is received or sold.
