सा.का.जन. 259(ऄ).—केंद्र सरकार, एतद्द्वारा पेरोजलयम ऄजधजनयम, 1934 (1934 का 30) की धारा 29 की ईप-धारा (2) और (3) द्वारा प्रदत्त िजियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, कैजल्ियम काबाधआड जनयम, 1987 का संिोधन करने के जलए जनम् नजलजखत जनयमों के मसौदे का प्रस्ट् ताव करती है जजसे, पेरोजलयम ऄजधजनयम, 1934 (1934 का 30) की धारा 29 की ईपधारा (4) की ऄपेक्षानुसार ईन व्यजियों की सूचना के जलए प्रकाजित दकया जाता है, जजनके ईससे प्रभाजवत होने की संभावना है और एतद्द्वारा यह सूचना दी जाती है दक आस ऄजधसूचना वाले राजपत्र की प्रजतयां जनता को ईपलब् ध होने की तारीख से 30 ददन की ऄवजध के समाप् त होने के बाद ईक् त मसौदे पर जवचार दकया जाएगा; आन मसौदा जनयमों पर अपजत्त या सुझाव, यदद कोइ हो, को उपर जनधाधररत ऄवजध के भीतर श्री सुिील सतपुते, जनदेिक, ईद्योग संवधधन और अंतररक व् यापार जवभाग, वाजणज्य और ईद्योग मंत्रालय, कमरा नं.265,ईद्योग भवन, नइ ददल्ली– 110 107 को भेजा जा सकता है ऄथवा sushil.satpute@nic.in पर इमेल दकया जा सकता है।

1. (1) आन जनयमों का संजक्षप् त नाम कैजल्ियम काबाधआड (संिोधन) जनयम, 2021 है। (2) ये अजधकाररक राजपत्र में ईनके ऄंजतम रूप से प्रकािन की तारीख से लागू होंगे।
2. ईक् त जनयम में, जनयम 31 में, ईप-जनयम (1) में,“ऄजधक से ऄजधक 3 वर्ध” िब् दों के स्ट् थान पर “ऄजधक से ऄजधक 10 वर्ध” िब् दों को रखा जाएगा।
3. ईक् त जनयम में, जनयम 34 में, ईप-जनयम (1) (ख) में,“10 रू. संवीक्षा फीस” िब् दों और ऄंकों के स्ट् थान पर “100 रू. संवीक्षा फीस” िब् दों और ऄंकों को रखा जाएगा।
4. ईक् त जनयम में, जनयम 35 में, ईप-जनयम (2) (ख) में,“10 रू. फीस” िब् दों और ऄंकों के स्ट् थान पर “100 रू. फीस” िब् दों और ऄंकों को रखा जाएगा।
5. ईक् त जनयम में, जनयम 37 में, ईप-जनयम (2) में,“तीन कलेण् डर वर्ध के जलए” िब् दों के स्ट् थान पर “दस कलेण् डर वर्ध के जलए” िब् दों को रखा जाएगा।
6. ईक् त जनयम में, जनयम 42 में, ईप-जनयम (2)(iii) में,“10 रू. फीस” िब् दों और ऄंकों के स्ट् थान पर “100 रू. फीस” िब् दों और ऄंकों को रखा जाएगा।
7. ईक् त जनयम में, जनयम 42 में, ईप-जनयम (2) में,“10 रू. फीस संदाय” िब् दों और ऄंकों के स्ट् थान पर “100 रू. फीस संदाय” िब् दों और ऄंकों को रखा जाएगा।
8. ईक् त जनयम में, जनयम 44 में, ईप-जनयम (2) में,“10 रू. फीस संदाय” िब् दों और ऄंकों के स्ट् थान पर “100 रू. फीस” िब् दों और ऄंकों को रखा जाएगा।

(1) आन जनयमों के तहत मुख्य जनयंत्रक या जनयंत्रक को देय सभी िुल्क का भुगतान इ-भुगतान के माध्यम से या गैर कर रसीद पोर्धल (भारत कोर्) के माध्यम से दकया जाएगा।

(2) आन जनयमों के तहत जजला प्राजधकारी या दकसी ऄन्य प्राजधकारी को देय िुल्क का भुगतान ईस प्राजधकारी द्वारा जनर्ददष्ट तरीके से दकया जाएगा” 11. ईि जनयम में, ऄध्याय VII में, ईप-जनयम (1) (क) में, "(तार का पता एक्सप्लोजसव्स, नागपुर)" िब् दों के स्ट् थान पर “इमेल: explosives@explosives.gov.inद्वारा” िब् दों को रखा जाएगा। 12. ईि जनयम में, पहली ऄनुसूची में, ऄनुच्छेद संख्या 1 में, कॉलम 5 में, िीर्ध "फीस" के तहत "रु. 25" िब् दों और ऄंकों के स्ट् थान पर "रु. 250" िब् दों और ऄंकों को रखा जाएगा। 13. ईि जनयम में, पहली ऄनुसूची में, ऄनुच्छेद संख्या 2 में, कॉलम 5 में, िीर्ध "फीस" के तहत "प्रथम 500 दक.ग्रा. के जलए 25 रू. और प्रत् येक ऄजतररक् त 500 दक.ग्रा.या ईसके भाग के जलए 10 रू. दकन् तु यह प्रत् येक कलेंडर वर्ध या ईसके भाग के जलए 1500 रू. ऄजधक तम के ऄधीन रहते हुए होगा" िब् दों और ऄंकों के स्ट् थान पर "प्रथम 500 दक.ग्रा. के जलए रू.250 और प्रत् येक ऄजतररक् त 500 दक.ग्रा.या ईसके भाग के जलए रू. 100 दकन् तु यह प्रत् येक कलेंडर वर्ध या ईसके भाग के जलए रू.15,000 ऄजधक तम के ऄधीन रहते हुए होगा" िब् दों और ऄंकों को रखा जाएगा। 14.

THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(i)] MINISTRY OF COMMERCE AND INDUSTRY (Department for Promotion of Industry and Internal Trade) NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 26th March, 2021 G.S.R.259(E).—The draft of the following rules to amend the Calcium Carbide Rules, 1987, which Central Government proposes to make in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2), (3) of section 29 of the Petroleum Act, 1934 (30 of 1934) is hereby published as required by sub-section (4) of section 29 of the said Act for information of all persons likely to be affected thereby, and notice is hereby given that the said draft shall be taken into consideration after the expiry of a period of 30 days from the date on which the copies of the Gazette of India containing this notification are made available public. Objections or suggestions if any, to these draft rules may be sent to the Shri Sushil Satpute, Director, Department for Promotion of Industry and Internal Trade, Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Room No. 265, Udyog Bhavan, New Delhi – 110 107 or Email: sushil.satpute@nic.in; within the period specified above; The objections or suggestions which may be received from any person with respect to the said draft rules within the period above so specified will be taken into consideration by the Central Government. 1. (1) These rules may be called the Calcium Carbide (Amendment) Rules, 2021

(2) These shall come into force on the date of their final publication in the Official Gazette. 2. In the said rules, in Rule 31, sub-rule (1) the words ―maximum of three years‖ shall be substituted with ―maximum of ten years‖. 3. In the said rules, in Rule 34, sub-rule (1)(b), the words and figure ―a scrutiny fee of Rs 10‖ shall be substituted with ―a scrutiny fee of Rs 100‖ 4. In the said rules, in Rule 35, sub-rule (2)(b), the words and figure ―a fee of Rs 10‖ shall be substituted with ―a fee of Rs 100‖ 5. In the said rules, in Rule 37, sub-rule (2), the words ―for three calendar years‖ shall be substituted with ―for ten calendar years‖. 6. In the said rules, in Rule 42, sub-rule (2)(iii), the words and figure ―a fee of Rs 10‖ shall be substituted with ―a fee of Rs 100‖. 7. In the said rules, in Rule 43, sub-rule (2), the words and figure ―A fee of Rs. 10‖ shall be substituted with ―A fee of Rs 100‖. 8.
