Applicant-appellant has filed the miscellaneous application being No. C/Misc/85683/2026 praying for withdrawal of the appeal along with early hearing application. In the said application, he has stated that the miscellaneous application filed for early hearing and the appeal filed against continued suspension of Customs Broker (CB) licence has become infructuous on the ground that the Commissioner of Customs has passed an order for subsequent revocation of Customs Broker licence. Prayer made by the applicant-
