FINAL ORDER No: 85588-85589/2026

DATE OF HEARING : 02-04-2026 DATE OF DECISION : 02-04-2026

Per: AJAY SHARMA

None for the appellants. Learned Authorised Representative appearing on behalf of the Revenue submits that on earlier occasions also i.e. on 11.03.2024, 05.07.2024, 11.11.2024, 06.03.2025,08.08.2025 and 20.11.2025 respectively, no one appeared on behalf of the appellants despite several opportunities given. With the assistance of learned Authorised Representative, I have gone through the case record and found his submission to be correct.
2.
It appears that the appellant is not interested in pursuing the appeal. Therefore, as per Rule 20 of Customs, Excise and Service Tax Appellate Tribunal (Procedure) Rules, 1982, the appeal is dismissed in default for non-prosecution.
