PART II—Section 3—Sub-section (ii) प्राजधकार से प्रकाजित PUBLISHED BY AUTHORITY वाजणज्य एवं उद्योग मंत्रालय (उद्योग संवधधन और आंतररक व्यापार जवभाग) आदेि नई ददल्ली, 2 मार्ध, 2026 का.आ. 1125(अ).—भारतीय मानक ब्यूरो अजधजनयम, 2016 (2016 का 11) की धारा 16 द्वारा प्रदत्त िजियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, केन्द्र सरकारका, भारतीय मानक ब्यूरो से परामिध करने के उपरांतयह मत है दक यह िनजहत में आवश्यक अथवा जहतकर है, अतः फनीर्र (गुणवत्ता जनयंत्रण) आदेि, 2025 में और संिोधन करने के जलए जनम्नजलजखत आदेि िारी करती है, अथाधत्—

1. संजिप्त नाम और प्रारंभ:- (1) इन जनयमों को फनीर्र (गुणवत्ता जनयंत्रण) जद्वतीय संिोधन आदेि, 2026 कहा िाएगा। (2) ये रािपत्र में इनके प्रकािन की तारीख से प्रवृत्त होंगे।
2. फनीर्र (गुणवत्ता जनयंत्रण) आदेि, 2025 के पैरा 2 में, छठे परंतुक के पश्चात जनम्नजलजखत परंतुक अंतःस्ट्थाजपत दकए िाएंगे, अथाधत्:— “बिते यह भी दक इस आदेि में जनजहत कोई भी उपबंध ऐसे माल या वस्ट्तुओं के आयात पर लागू नहीं होगा, जिनकी खेप के संबंध में लदान पत्र, आदेि के कायाधन्द्वयन की तारीख से पूवध िारी दकए गए हों तथा आगम पत्र, आदेि के कायाधन्द्वयन की तारीख से एक सौ अस्ट्सी ददनों तक या उससे पूवध ददनांदकत हों: सं. 1073] नई ददल्ली, सोमवार, मार्ध 2, 2026/फाल् गुन 11, 1947

THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(ii)] बिते यह भी दक इस आदेि में जनजहत कोई भी उपबंध ऐसे माल या वस्ट्तुओं के आयात पर लागू नहीं होगा, जिनके जलए क्रय आदेि,इस आदेि के कायाधन्द्वयन की तारीख से पूवध िारी दकया गया हो तथा ऐसे माल या वस्ट्तुओं के संबंध में लदान पत्र और आगम पत्र उि आदेि के कायाधन्द्वयन की तारीख से एक सौ अस्ट्सी ददनों तक या उससे पूवध ददनांदकत हों, और आयातक ऐसी खेप की जनकासी के सात ददनों के भीतर अपने अजधकृत हस्ट्तािरकताध द्वारा जवजधवत हस्ट्तािररत अपने लेटरहेड पर क्रय आदेि, लदान पत्र, आगम पत्र तथा अन्द्य सहायक दस्ट्तावेिों की प्रजत भारतीय मानक ब्यूरो को उपलब्ध कराएगा।” [फा. सं . पी-14031/99/2019-सीआई] संिीव, संयुि सजर्व नोट :- मूल आदेि, भारत के रािपत्र, असाधारण, भाग-II, खंड-3, उप-खण्ड (ii) में ददनांक 13 फरवरी, 2025 के
सां.आ. 801 (अ) के माध्यम से प्रकाजित दकए गए थे, जिसमें ददनांक 12 फरवरी, 2026 की अजधसूर्ना संख्या सां. आ. 774(अ), द्वारा संिोधन दकया गया है।

MINISTRY OF COMMERCE AND INDUSTRY (Department for Promotion of Industry and Internal Trade) ORDER New Delhi, the 2nd March, 2026 S.O. 1125(E). —In exercise of the powers conferred by section 16 of the Bureau of Indian Standards Act, 2016 (11 of 2016), the Central Government,after consulting the Bureau of Indian Standards, is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient in the public interest, hereby makes the following order further to amend the Furniture (Quality Control) Order, 2025, namely: -

1. Short Title and Commencement: -(1) This order may be called the Furniture (Quality Control) Second Amendment Order, 2026. (2) It shall come into force on the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.
2. In the Furniture (Quality Control) Order, 2025, in paragraph 2, after sixth proviso, the following provisos shall be inserted, namely: - “Provided also that nothing in the order shall apply to imports of such goods or articles in consignment with Bill of Lading having shipped before the date of implementation of the order and Bill of Entry on or before one hundred and eighty days after the date of implementation of the Order: Provided also that nothing in the order shall apply to imports of goods or articles where the purchase order for such goods or articles were placed before the date of implementation of the order, and the Bill of the Lading and the Bill of Entry in respect of such goods or articles are dated on or before one

r such goods or articles were placed before the date of implementation of the order, and the Bill of the Lading and the Bill of Entry in respect of such goods or articles are dated on or before one hundred and eighty days from the date on which the said order came into force and the importer shall provide the Bureau in its letter head duly signed by its authorised signatory, a copy of the purchase order, the Bill of Lading and Bill of Entry and other supporting documents within seven days of clearance of such consignment”.
