The committee was provided with copies of relevant records/documents viz. 100 point-scale/marking system, all the information/documents submitted by the applicants, Master Circular on Compassionate appointment issued by DoPT, the details of verified service records (i.e. Initial basic pension/DCR Gratuity/GPF Balance/CGEGIS/ Leave Encashment/ Date of Birth/ Date of Death) of deceased government servants are attached at Annexure-A. 3.
