In order to facilitate export, Para 2.74 gives power to Chairman, IMWG to issue authorization in those cases, which have been discussed by IMWG at least once in previous meeting and got deferred, and where NOCs / recommendations have been received subsequently from the concerned agency(ies) with no divergence in views. However, such cases, shall be brought before IMWG in its subsequent meeting for approval on ex-post facto basis. (iv) Dropped : Cases which are shown as Dropped_ implies that firm is not responsive to the queries of DGFT in furnishing the documents/information/ clarification as called for or the foreign buyer / end user has not responded/facilitated to the Government agencies in verifying the credentials to complete the process.
