Minutes of Exim Facilitation Committee (EFC) meeting No, 05/AM-19 dated 24.08.2018 for imp import of restricted items Meeting No. 05 of AM-19 of EXIM Facilitation Committee (EFC) was held on 24,08.2018 at 11:00 a.m. in H-Wing, to consider the applications for import of restricted items. Room No. 4, Udyog Bhawan, New Delhi under the chairmanship of Shri K.C. Rout, Additional Director General of Yoreign Trade 2. The Committee approved 62 cases, rejected 11)cases, closed 101 cases & deferred 111 cases. Where two or more technical authorities haye recommended different quantiti quantity has been approved by the Committee, The case recommended for approval in Parts 12 & 17 will be approval of the Director General of Foreign Trade under Para 2.20 of Foreign Trade Policy 2015-2020 and app separately communicated. The committee also decided to close those cases where applicants have not been x Technical Authorities have yet not granted NOC due to pending site visits or policy deliberations at their end. Thes however be re-opened and placed before the Committee, once inputs are received in the matter.
