Supplemen tary a da for the meetinq for the meetine of the Board of (i) Requeet of l\4/s Satyavedu Reserve Infracity Private Limited In principle approval was granted for setting up of multi-product SEZ at Nellore District Anahra Pradesh on an area oI 1000 hectares, in the meeting of the Boarcl of Approval held on 8rh August 2006. The approval letter was issued on 22nd August 2006. The developer has submitted an application seeking formal approval to tlre project or"r ur-, area of 1023 hectares. I'he cleveloper has stated that the land has ' been acquired ar.rd is in theil possession. state Government has also recommended the proposal for formal approval. The approval letter was issued on 22.8 2006 (ii) -Request of I'/s Reliance Haryana SEZ In-principle approval was granted for setting up of multi-product SEZ^ at Gurgaon, Haryana in the BoA rneeting held on 17.3.2006, on an area of 1O000 hectires. The approval letter was issued on 37.3.2006. Later on, the developer submitted a request to transft the approval in the name of an sPV Reliance HaryanaSEZ Limited. M/s Reliance Harvana SEZ Limiteti has now submitted a proposal seeking formal approval for rnulti-services sEZ in the land already in possession of area" upto tl-re^eitent of 485.6 hectares.'Ihe developer has submitted that the lancl in tlieir possession is contiguous. However, a portion of the Pataudi Road passes through the present site at its edge land measuring 45.56 hectares is on one sicle of tiis road ancl the balance land is on the other side. Most of the land on which the roacl exists is in the ownership of Reliance Haryana sEZ Limited. The developer has assured tl-rat they shall rnaintain contiguity by constructing urlderpuss/ over briclge. The request of the cleveloper is submitted for consideration. r'

They have inf<,rrmecl that they have identified the land and is in the pro.ess of acquiring the land on lease frorn IDCO. The applicant has enterecl intoan MOU witi the Stut" Gor"r.,-ent, under which the State Government has agreecl to facilitate in providing the necessary land (ol this purpose' The developer has further infoflned that the processing area which is 735 hectares is a contiguous one ancl there is no thoroughfare' However,.the township, which is 1"20 hectares of land and which as a non-processing area does not requir" any fencing and authorization and is separated by a road and railway line from the processing area. This is submitted for taking note of' (ii) FDI in ITITES SEZ in DLF Citv, Gurgaon proposed to be developed by DLF Cyber City DeveloPers Limited DLF Asset Private Limited (DAPL) has been granted approval to co- developlT/ITESSEZinDLFCity.Gurgaon.DAPLisproposingtoundertakethe co-development activities tluough FDI of USD 349 Million (Approx Rs 1500 crores) inihe first tranche. This is submitted for taking rrote of' (i) Request of M/s Satyam Computers (Co-developer) for authorized op"rrtior,, in the irlrEi srz ^t thennai, TaInil Nadu proposed to be developed by ELCOT TheaboveSEZwasrroti(ieclorrllrhAPril200Tonanareaof152'66.5 hectares. M/s Satyarn Computers Selvices Lirnited was approved as on9 o! tfe co-developer in cleveloping-an area oI 20.23 hectales in the meeting of the BoA.

\tr T'he co-developer has now subtnitted a list of the autllorized operations to be carriecl 0ut in the said sEZ which is at Annexure l for the consideration of the Board. (ii) Request ol M/e Virtusa (India) Private Limited for authorized operatione in the ITITES SEZ at Narrakramguda, Ranga Reddy District, Andhra Pradesh to be developed by APIIC The above SEZ was notified ou 25 ' April 2007 on an area oI 20'53 hectares. M/s virtusa (India) Private Limited was approved as one of the co- developer in developing an area of 2.56 hectares in the rneeting of the BoA held on 26diApril 2007. The co-developef has now submitted a list of the authorized operationi to be carried out in the said SEZ which is at Annexure 2 for the consideration of the Board. Item No.4: Request of M/s. Ansal IT City and Parks Limited for f authorized operations in.the non-processing area enhancement of quantum o IT/ITES SEZ at Tech Zone, Greater Noida, U P. by was notified Anal IT City and Parks Limited was notified on 29.8.2006 on an area of 30.47 hectares. The request of the developer for authorized operations was approved in the meetinb of the Board of Approval held on 2.2.2007. While conveying the approval, the quantum for various authorized operations like shopping aicade/retails space, housing/service apartments were also conveyed' The developer has now informed that they have allowed certain operations like residential and commercial to be developed under the project zoning guidelines.
