MINUTES OF THE MEETING NO. 5 (2017-18) OF EXPORT FACILITA.TION COMMITTEE (EFC) HELD 0४ 16.08.2017 AT 5.00 PM AT UDYOG BHAWAN, NEW DELHI UNDER THE CHAIRMANSHIP OF SHRI NIKUNJ KUMAR SRIVASTAVA, ADDITIONAL DIRECTOR GENERAL OF FOREIGN TRADE, DGFT. Meeting No. 5 (2017-18) of EXIM Facilitation Committee (EFC) was held on 16 08.2017 at 5.00 p.m. in Room No. 9, H-Wing, Udyog Bhavan, New Delhi under the chairmanship of Shri Nikunj Kumar Srivastava, Addl. DGFT to consider the applications for export of ‘restricted’ items 2. The following members attended the Meeting:- (i) Dr. Anup Kainthola, QI (Trade) D/o Animal Husbandry & Dairy (ii) Dr. D.K. Srivastava, Assistant Commissioner (QC)), Seed Division, Departinent of Agriculture Cooperation and Farmers Welfare (iii) Dr. Pradeep Dua, RO(Ay.), Ministry of AYUSH In attendance: (i) Shri Arunoday Goswami, Joint DGFT (ii) Shri Sanjay Kumar Tiwari, Dy. DGFT 3. Altogether 25 applications (including 20 deferred cases) were considered by the EFC, out of which 03 cases were approved, two cases dropped, one case rejected and remaining 19 cases deferred due to want of comments/NOC from concerned administrative Ministry / Department or in await of clarification from the applicant firms.
