सेवा शु5क6 के संशोधन से संबंिधत काय(सूची मद सं0या 06 के अंतग(त काय(वृ* म1 आंिशक संशोधन करते हुए, िन;निलखत अनु>छेद:

In partial modification of the minutes under Agenda Item No. 06 relating to revision of service charges, the following paragraph: इसके अलावा, ािधकरण ने यह पाया

क य द सेवाओं पर होने वाले खच( म1 काफ़+ बढ़ोतरD होती है—जसका अनुमान 30 करोड़ Hपये या उससे Jयादा क+ सीमा म1 है—तो सेवा शु5क संरचना का पुनमू(5यांकन करने क+ आवKयकता पड़ सकती है। तदनुसार, यह िनण(य िलया गया क ऐसी पMरNथितय6 म1, एक सिमित का गठन कया जाएगा। इस सिमित का काम खच( म1 हुई बढ़ोतरD के कारण6 क+ जाँच करना, एक Rयापक समीSा करना और अथॉMरटD के वचार व अनुमोदन के िलए उिचत उपाय6—जसम1 सेवा शु5क6 म1 संशोधन भी शािमल है—क+ िसफ़ाMरश करना होगा। इस सिमित का गठन संवआ क+ अWयSता म1 कया जाएगा, और इसके अXय सदNय6 के नाम SEEMA और SGJMA _ारा सुझाए जाएँगे।

The Committee will be formed under the Chairmanship of JDC and other members will be E-OPT-12/158/2022-EO I/128403/2026

suggested by SEEMA & SGJMA.”

The Committee will be formed under the Chairmanship of JDC and other members will be suggested by SEEMA & SGJMA.”

All other contents of the Minutes shall remain unchanged.
