Accordingly, in consultation with Department of Revenue (Ministry of Finance), it has been decided that use of the Duty Credit Scrips of the Marine Sector, issued under the abovementioned schemes, are permitted for import of the some additional items.   2.         In view of the above, the following shall be automatically endorsed on all Duty Credit Scrips (DFCEs) issued under the abovementioned schemes for the Marine Sector:   “Marine Sector beneficiaries of Target Plus Scheme (Para 3.7 - FTP RE2004 / FTP RE2005) as well as of DFCE for Status Holders Scheme (Para 3.7.2.1(vi) - EXIM Policy (RE2003)) shall have the flexibility of importing additional items listed in Annexure to this Policy Circular.“   This issues with the approval of DGFT.
