Government of India http://dgft.gov.in/exim/2000/cir/cir08/cir2508.htm[2/15/2017 3:44:55 PM] Government of India Ministry of Commerce Directorate General of Foreign Trade Udyog Bhavan, New Delhi – 110 011.   Policy Circular No.25 (RE-08)/2004-2009       Dated     08.08.2008   To  All Licensing Authorities; All Commissioners of Customs;    Sub :  Guidelines for import of Rough Marble Blocks/Slabs for the year    2008-09.   Attention is invited to Policy Circular No.13 (RE-08)/2004-2009 dated 30.6.2008 and Policy Circular No.20 (RE-08)/2004-2009 dated 16.7.2008 regarding eligibility and entitlement of units for import of rough marble blocks/slabs for the year 2008-09.   2.            In addition to the requirements prescribed in aforementioned two Policy Circulars, the applicants shall also be required to furnish a copy of Chartered Accountant certified statement of accounts, filed along with balance sheet to the income tax authorities for each of the years i.e. 2004- 05, 2005-06 and 2006-07.  This is necessary to establish the eligibility of the unit that they have an indigenous sales turnover of marble slabs/tiles of Rs.1 crore and above in each of the three financial years i.e 2004-05, 2005-06 and 2006-07.   3.       This issues with the approval of Competent Authority.                                              Sd/-                                                                               (O.P.
