Para 1.5 of Foreign

Trade Policy, 2004-09, vide Notification No.77 dated 7.2.2008, and Para 4 of Notification No.93 dated 1st April, 2008.   2.         Consequent upon the ban/restriction imposed as above, it is hereby clarified that exports under transitional arrangements as provided under

Para 1.5 of the Foreign Trade Policy, 2004-09

shall not be permitted.  This is in force with the issue of Notification No.77 dated 7.2.2008.  That is since 7.2.2008, no exports are allowed under transitional arrangements.   3.                                  Provisions of Para 9.12 of Hand Book of Procedures Vol. I (RE-2008)/2004-2009, however, shall be applicable.  That is, facilities permissible under the same will be permitted.   4.         This issues with the approval of DGFT.   Sd/- (Vibha Bhalla) Joint Director General of Foreign Trade   (Issued from File No.01/91/180/846/AM08/Export Cell)
