Subject : Clarification regarding supplies made to SEZ

units after 1st September,2004 – regarding.               Representations have been received regarding availability of DFRC on supplies made to SEZ units.               The issue has been examined and it is hereby clarified that since all supplies to SEZs is treated as physical exports with effect from 1st September 2004, such supplies will be entitled to the benefit of DFRC under the Foreign Trade Policy.               This issues with the approval of Director General of Foreign trade.     (PRATIMA DIKSHIT) Jt.
