8 of chapter 1A: General notes regarding import policy of ITC (HS)    Classifications of Export and Import Items, 2002-2007.                           Reference is invited to Policy Circular No. 25 (RE-2003)/2002-07 dated 28.1.2004 regarding 100% sampling of edible/food products under the PFA Act,  the list of High risk food items is as under:                                    

  1. Edible Oils and Fats in any form
  2. Infant Formulae
  3. Pulses and Pulses products 9.  Food Colours
  4. Cereals and Cereal Products
  5. Food Additives
  6. Milk powders
  7. Natural Mineral Water
  8. Condensed Milks
  9. Packaged drinking water
  10. Infant Milk Food 13  Tea & Coffee
  11. Milk Cereal Base Weaning     Foods
