2. Effect of this Public Notice:

A new Standard Input Output Norms (SION C2057) for export item Mobile phone under Engineering & Electronic Items is being notified so that Regional Authorities (RAs) can issue Advance Authorisation directly, without referring individual cases to Norms Committee, thereby expediting clearance and ensuring uniformity.
