3. Effect of this Public Notice:

29 chambers / agencies enlisted under Appendix 2E of FTP 2023, who failed to comply to the repeated directions of DGFT to on-board on the e-CoO platform of DGFT for electronic issuance of Certificate of Origin (Non-Preferential), have been de-listed from Appendix 2E, with immediate effect.
