In exercise of powers conferred under paragraph 1.03 of the Foreign Trade Policy (20154020). the Director General of Foreign Trade hereby amends the para 4.97 j) of the Handbook of Procedures, 2015-20 which was notified vide Public Notice 25 dated 13.10.2020 , as below:
