Subject: Harmonization of Appendix 3B (Table-2) for exports made with effect from 01.01.2020 with ITC HS 2017, as amended from 01.01.2020

The Directorate General of Foreign Trade has notified the amended Indian Trade Classification (Harmonized System)- ITC(HS), 2017 harmonizing it with the Finance (No.2) Act, 2019 dated 1“August,2019 vide Notification No. 38/2015-2020 dated 01.01.2020.

2. In exercise of powers conferred under paragraph 1.03 of the Foreign Trade Policy (2015-2020), the Director General of Foreign Trade hereby makes the following, additions/amendments in Appendix 3B - Table 2 as notified vide Public Notice 61 dated 07.03.2017 and as amended from time to time, accordingly.

A. The following MEIS entries are added in the Appendix 3, Table 2, for exports made with effect from 01.01.2020
