Subject :- Amendment in Para 2.20(b) of Handbook of Procedures (HBP) of Foreign Trade Policy 2015-20 regarding revalidation of Export Authorisation /License for NonSCOMET and SCOMET item.

In exercise of the powers conferred under Paragraph 2.04 of the Foreign Trade Policy (FTP) 2015-2020, the Director General of Foreign Trade (DGFT) hereby makes amendments in Paragraph 2.20(b) of Handbook of Procedures (HBP) with immediate effect. 2. Sub para (b) of Para 2.20 of HBP of FTP 2015-2020 is amended as under:
