FTP 1.03 · Hand Book of Procedures (HBP) and Appendices & Aayat Niryat Forms (ANF)

Director General of Foreign Trade (DGFT) may, by means of a Public Notice, notify Hand Book of Procedures, including Appendices and Aayat Niryat Forms or amendment thereto, if any, laying down the procedure to be followed by an exporter or importer or by any Licensing/Regional Authority or by any other authority for purposes of implementing provisions of FT (D&R) Act, the Rules and the Orders made there under and provisions of FTP.

FTP 4.07 · Advance Authorisation for Annual Requirement and Eligibility Condition

- (i) Advance Authorisation for Annual Requirement shall only be issued for items notified in Standard Input Output Norms (SION). (i) Regional Authority may also issue Advance Authorisation where there is no SION/valid Ad hoc Norms for an export product or where SION / Ad hoc norms have been notified / published but exporter intends to use additional inputs in the manufacturing process, based on self-declaration by applicant. reg. In exercise of the powers conferred under Paragraph 1.03 of the Foreign Trade Policy, 2015-2020, as amended from time to time, the Director General of Foreign Trade hereby makes the following amendment in the Standard Input Output Norms (SION) :

The Standard Input Output Norm as appearing at serial number C-888 for export of Stainless Steel Washers of different grades stands suspended with immediate effect. 3. An exporter desirous of obtaining Advance Authorization for export of above said product may apply under

Para 4.07 of the I IBP 2015-20.
