Subject: Extension of validity of Pre-shipment Inspection Agencies (PSIAs)

20), In exercise ofpowers conferred under parapraph 2.04 of the Foreign Trade Policy (2015the the Director General of Foreign Trade in relaxation of the provision as in Para 2.55 (d) of Handbook of Procedure, 2015-20, notifies as under: the he validity Ofrecopnition of the Pre-shipment Inspection Agencies (PSIASs) included in Appendix 2G of Appendices and Aayat Niryat Forms (A®& ANT) of Foreign ‘Trade Policy (2015-20) who are going to complete their tenure of three years on 31.12.2019 along with those whose validity was extended up to 31.12.2019 is further extended up to 31.03.2090.

Effect of this Public Notice: Validity ofthe Pre-shipment Inspection Agencies (PSIAs) as listed 31.03.2020,in the Appendix 2G of A&ANF, whose validity expires on 31.12.2019, is extended up to
