Subject: Enlistment under Appendix 2E to issue Certificate of Origin (Non-Preferential) and change of name from FTAPCCI to FTCCI— reg.

In exercise of powers conferred under paragraph 2.04 of the Foreign Trade Policy 2015-2020, the Director General of Foreign Trade hereby authorizes M/s Indian Importers Chambers of Commerce and Industry (IICCI) to issue Certificate of Origin (Non Preferential).

2. Accordingly, name of the above agency is added at Serial No.19 (Delhi) of Appendix 2E [List of Agencies Authorized to issue Certificate of Origin (Non-Preferential)] to Appendices & Aayat Niryat Forms of FTP 2015-2020.

3% Further, under paragraph 2.04 of the Foreign Trade Policy 2015-2020, the Director General of Foreign Trade hereby makes the following amendment at S.No. 2 under subheading Telangana in Appendix 2E (List of agencies authorized to issue Certificate of OriginNon Preferential) of the Handbook of Procedures (Appendices & Aayat Niryat Forms), 20152020.:

4. Effect of this Public Notice: M/s Indian Importers Chambers of Commerce and Industry, Delhi, is enlisted under Appendix 2E of FTP, 2015-2020 for issuing Certificate of Origin (Non-Preferential) and the name of M/s The Federation of Telangana and Andhra

Pradesh Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FTAPCCI) has been amended to read as The Federation of Telangana Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FTCCI). Consequently, name of M/s FTAPCCI has been deleted from S.No. 3 under heading Andhra Pradesh of Appendix 2E of HBP, 2015-2020 and has been added at S.No. 2 under heading Telangana of Appendix 2E of HBP, 2015-2020 in the name of FTCCI.
