In exercise of powers conferred under paragraph 2.04 of the Foreign Trade Policy 2015-2020, the Director General of Foreign Trade hereby makes the following amendment in the List of Agencies Authorized to issue Certificate of Origin (Non Preferential) under Appendix — 2E of Appendices and Aayat Niryat Forms of Foreign Trade Policy 2015 — 2020:

Accordingly, name of M/s Millennial India International Chamber of Commerce Industry & Agriculture (MIICCIA) is added at Serial No.16 (New Delhi) and name of M/s Bombay Industries Association (BIA) is added at Serial No.31 (Maharashtra) of Appendix 2E [List of Agencies Authorized to issue Certificate of Origin (Non-Preferential)] to Appendices & Aayat Niryat Forms of FTP 2015-2020.
